This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings made via the Easy Tripping website (https://www.easytripping.in). Easy Tripping is a sub-brand of Globolink Immigration Private Limited, and all transactions are subject to the terms mentioned below.
In case of events like natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure scenarios, Easy Tripping will try to offer credit or rescheduling wherever possible. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed and depend on the suppliers’ discretion.

Note: Easy Tripping is a sub-brand of Globolink Immigration Private Limited. All cancellation and refund matters are governed under Indian law in the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Refunds for cancellations requested by the customer are processed according to the timeline below:

Note: Booking amounts are non-transferable, and processing fees, bank charges, or third-party cancellation fees (airlines/hotels) may be deducted where applicable.
In case we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or insufficient group size:
You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Alternatively, we may offer a credit voucher for future travel or reschedule the trip upon mutual agreement.
Regardless of the cancellation period, the following components are non-refundable:
Visa fees (if applied through us)
Travel insurance premiums
Permit charges, if already processed
Service and consultation charges
Flight/train tickets booked under non-refundable fares
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
For group tours or customized itineraries (such as honeymoon packages or corporate travel), refund terms may vary and will be mentioned in the booking invoice or agreement.
In case of natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events, Easy Tripping will do its best to refund the unutilized portion after deducting the costs already incurred. In such cases, full refunds may not always be possible.
