1. Instant Booking Confirmation

• Once you complete your booking with us, you will receive an instant confirmation email with your booking reference number.

• An invoice and summary of your package will also be sent immediately to your registered email ID.

2. Delivery of Travel Vouchers and E-Tickets

• All important travel documents including hotel vouchers, transfer vouchers, sightseeing/activity confirmations, and flight/train tickets (if included) will be shared digitally via email and WhatsApp.

• We guarantee that all vouchers will be shared with you before your departure date, giving you sufficient time to review and clarify any details.

3. Physical Delivery (if required)

• For corporate packages, gift bookings, or where hard copies are specifically requested, Easy Tripping will arrange safe courier delivery of travel documents.

• Physical delivery is usually completed within 5–7 business days to your provided address.

4. Changes and Updates

• In case of any modifications by the supplier (hotel, airline, or activity operator), updated vouchers will be resent to ensure you have the latest valid documents.

• Our ground support team is available to re-confirm services with local partners so you never face delays.

5. Customer Assurance

• We recommend carrying both digital and printed copies of your vouchers for a smooth experience.
